Properties:
Carolina Rice is white rice with medium grain shape, very popular in Greek cuisine, suitable for pilau and risotto.
Thanks to its unique ability to release starch while it is cooked, carolina rice dishes becomes extremely juicy and chilled. It is also a suitable choice of rice for many other Greek recipes as dolmades and yuvarlakia.
How to use:
For each part of rice, add 2 – 2 1/2 parts water. Boil for about 15′.
