Properties:
Organic long rice is thin with long grain shape and white crystallized color. It is harder rice than other varieties and less starchy, suitable for pilau, spinach rice and other dishes.
How to use:
For each part of rice, add 2 – 2 1/2 parts water. Boil for about 15′.
